Goldmorr Advantage Technicians should include the following in their reports:
(where an item is not included, it will have been unnecessary)

-
Full Inspection both indoors and outdoors - It is important to note that there may be outside causes of indoor problems. Some of these outside causes can include garden beds abutting outside walls, overgrown vegetation, leaking or over flowing guttering etc
-
Moisture and humidity readings - These readings are essential in determining whether interior timbers are holding moisture, or if excess humidity is present within the dwelling.
-
Identification of cause - As we have previously explained, there can be many causes, usually more than one, that are contributing to the issue you are experiencing. It is essential to determine cause for both the formulation of remedial action and the prevention of recurrence.
-
Photographs - Before and after photographs are important in documenting the progress of your job. Most customers never remember just how bad things actually were.
-
Scope of correction works - This will be a clear and concise plan of action.
-
Particle count readings and report - This will clearly show you the state of your air both before and after treatment.
-
Infrared photos - Infrared photos are very valuable in determining such causes as leaking pipes behind a wall, absence of insulation in the ceiling etc.
-
Boroscope photos - Boroscopes are best described as snake like instruments with a camera on the end of them. If other access is not available, a small hole, approximately the size of the circumference of a ball point pen is made so that the camera can gain access behind the wall to check for mould within a wall cavity.
-
Inspection of the filters on your AC handling unit - It is essential to check the filters to ensure that they are clean and free of debris. AC filters are well known breeding grounds for bacterial and fungal growth.
