Goldmorr Advantage Certified representatives are skilled in using equipment that assists them in seeing behind walls without unnecessarily cutting them open, equipment that can measure the number of particulates and excess moisture in the air, any moisture in your timbers, furnishings, carpets, drywall/gyprock etc.
In addition, their visual inspection will include both inside and outside to look for indicators such as overflowing gutters, garden beds that may be too close to exterior walls, absence of insulation, condensation issues, and generally any contributing factors that may be causing, or adding to, your particular issue.
It is rare that there is only one issue at play within the built environment. For instance, a leaking pipe in your bathroom may be the original problem however this may lead to wet carpet in an adjacent room, which may lead to mold, then the further release of spores into the air which will travel throughout your home and form new colonies where there is excess moisture. All the while you will be circulating air throughout your home via air handling or AC units whose filters will be trapping, breeding and spreading contaminants. Our representatives know what to look for and how to formulate a plan for correction.
Once your inspection is complete and you are happy with the correction plan formulated, generally they will be in and out in one day. They will safely restore your indoor air quality and you should be back in your home the same day.
